Saint Capital led the acquisition and restructuring of an assembled SFR portfolio in the Upstate. As the operator of the fund, Saint Capital utilized its business purchasing background and was able to purchase an SFR portfolio in the middle of the COVID-19 shutdown, maintain occupancy above 95%, improve units, and gradually increase rental revenue without having a higher turnover in the tenant base while exceeding its targeted investor metrics.
